Isabella Bumann
Yoga in Saas-Fee
During her four-year training as a yoga teacher and therapist with Remo Rittiner, Isabella learned to combine traditional yoga with modern Western knowledge.
Her yoga is:

The classes have a strong therapeutic impact and are suitable for all ages. She aims to touch her students’ hearts and help them connect more deeply with themselves and improve their body awareness. Isabella teaches year-round in the Saas Valley, offering group and private lessons for both locals and guests (d/e), and also provides Pilates classes.

Yoga & Retreats
I completed my yoga teacher training at the Ashiyana Yoga School in India. The place inspired me deeply and that's how I got the vision of KOTONA in 2019. KOTONA is Finnish and means "home". This is exactly the feeling we want to give as a community of yoga teachers, coaches and spa therapists. We have a vision of creating a world to help people expanding their consciousness, improving their health and reducing stress. For this purpose, we are designing Yoga Classes and Retreats.
Yoga gives us, free of dogmas and without the raised index finger of morality, in loving recognition of human beings and their weaknesses, the tools to climb the highest mountain there is: ourselves.
The knowledge of yoga is a gift and I would like to pass it on. I train athletes such as the Red Bull Snowboard Team, I worked with the Kids of Ski Zenith and I give private and group Yoga Classes at the YOGA HOUSE Saas-Fee.
My teaching practices include philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), meditation and, depending on the level, basic hatha, vinyasa or kundalini.
Prisca Baur
YOGA Saas-Fee
Prisca is a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher, Breathwork and Kundalini Activation Facilitator.
She is trained in Hatha, Yin, Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa, Trauma Yoga, Mindfullness & Meditation. She has been teaching yoga online and offline for over 10 years.
As a passionate surfer and snowboarder, she uses yoga to recover after sports. She also loves to share this knowledge and the healing power of yoga with others. She also works on an energetic level with Kundalini Yoga and Kundalini activation.
Her yoga classes are very grounding, centering and move with the rhythm of the breath.

The Capra
At Peak Health Spa, daily group and private sessions for body and mind await you. Free group classes take place every day at 3 pm for hotel and day spa guests. External guests without day spa access can also take part for CHF 15 per hour. Individual sessions can also be booked.
