The hut is situated at the foot of the Monte Rosa massif, in the village "Plattje". On the left side you will find the twins (Castor and Pollux), the Breithorn and just opposite the majestic wall of the Matterhorn. The hut is an ideal starting point for the many peaks in the Monte Rosa area.
