The Moon Light Fight will take place on Easter Sunday, April 05th 2026. The parallel event promises plenty of excitement for everyone. The full moon and floodlights also create a unique atmosphere on the Jowang.

Competition Schedule

  • Starting at 12:00 PM - Festivities and bar service at the Kalbermatten sports field.
  • 2:00 - 3:00 PM - Open qualifying heats for the U12 and U16 categories
  • 3:15 - 4:45 PM - Knockout rounds, and finals, for U12 and U16 categories
  • 5:15 PM - Awards ceremony for U12 and U16 categories
  • 6:00 - 7:00 PM - Qualifying heats for the U40 and O40 categories
  • 7:30 - 9:30 PM - Knockout rounds, including finals for U40 and O40 categories
  • 10:30 PM - Awards ceremony for U40 and O40 categories, Best-Dressed, and fastest time of the day
  • Until 2:30 AM - After-party with DJ Soapman in Adelboden

Race course

The race course leads along the Jowang (start at the Kneipp facility).
The Kalbermatten village lift will be open during the race.
