- Tickets for VirtuAllalin are available at all Saastal Bergbahnen AG ticket offices in Saas-Fee.
- VirtuAllalin is not included in the ski pass.
- VirtuAllalin is recommended for children aged 10 and above for the following reasons.
- VirtuAllalin glasses are adjustable in size and may be too large for children.
- The puzzles cannot be solved with outside help and the application can only be operated by one person; visitors are on their own in the virtual world.
- In order to get the most out of the experience, it is important that visitors can read.
- People with epilepsy, heart conditions, balance disorders, or other health issues should not use the attraction.
- Pregnant individuals and people with limited mobility are advised to consult a doctor before use.
- The VR headsets are suitable for eyeglass wearers – glasses can be worn underneath.
